| Return Policy Health and sanitary regulations prohibit the exchange or return, for credit, of any mouth blown instrument. If the instrument you purchased is found to contain any defects in materials or workmanship, it must be returned to the manufacturer for adjustment... NO EXCEPTIONS. |
| Warranty information can be obtained by calling The Best Li'l Harp House. All tapes books and videos are guaranteed against any defects in materials or workmanship. |
| If you receive a defective book, tape or CD, simply call us and we will replace it with a copy of the same item. Because of illegal copying, no video, tape or book can be returned, for any reason, in exchange for a different item. And for the same reason we cannot make refunds on those items. There are no returns allowed on electrical equipment. |
| This policy ensures that items are not bought and returned after they have been used for a gig or project. Anything returned to The Best Li'l Harp House will be suject to a 15% restocking fee. |
